Our recommerce items are open-box, floor models, and returns, and we do our best to communicate the current status of the item, including information on known scratches, dents, blemishes, dings, or any other defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@FloorFound.com to schedule a return and receive a full refund. Please note, shipping costs are not refunded in the event that the delivered item matches the original condition as listed prior to your purchase.
We will honor cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred. Once an item ships, we cannot honor a cancellation request.
Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and is based on the items you purchase. The amount will be displayed after you enter the shipping destination address. The items are ready to be shipped from our warehouse directly to you. A member of our carrier network will be in contact to schedule a delivery time that works best for you. Expect deliveries to be threshold and to arrive 4 to 6 weeks from purchase. Threshold delivery is through the front door or first dry area of the delivery address.
